Basic ID and a short explanation of your situation; we may request a bill or estimate depending on assistance type.
Volunteers review applications weekly and prioritize urgent needs as funds allow.
Can donors restrict gifts to Michigan?
Yes. Please note ‘Michigan Community Assistance’ in the donation memo or select it in the form.
