The flood victims in Hodaydah are facing a dire situation after the catastrophic floods that have swept through their communities. Entire families have lost everything—their homes, belongings, and even access to basic necessities. Right now, they are struggling to survive, with no clean water to drink, no food to eat, and no warm clothing or blankets to protect them from the elements.

Help Community Helpers achieve its goal of rehabilitating flood victims whose homes were destroyed in rural areas of Pakistan.

Need

Flood survivors are currently living in tents made of plastic or date palms. They do not have kitchens, and women are left with no option but to cook on fire pits set up in open air.

Solution

Community Helpers is building houses for these flood victims. Each house cost USD 800 which includes one room, kitchen, lights, fan, and bathroom facilities for the community.
